Customer Compliance Audit

Guess what, my customers were in house for Compliance Audit for the past 2 days. They are Indian, I think. Their English is not a bad for a start. :)

The only disappointment would be time management for the visit. Really bad. Could be better though. Sudden change of schedules were not informed to the team members. Should I blame it to the co-ordinator or partly my fault also since I don't ask.

Anyway, they are satisfied with what they see. Since I do not join the wrapped up session, I'm just not sure what are the customers going to report when they are back to States. Let it be done. Cannot do anything already.
