今年特早到公公和婆婆的坟墓. 五公司 (Tasek). 难得我们如此早出门, 但是到达此地时以经有人要回家了.

槟城国际马拉松赛 2009
22 Nov 2009, the pistol went off at 3:45am. Ladies Open half marathon started.
Time: 3 hour 30 min
Distance: 21 km
Weather: clear
This time round, the organiser has arrange sufficient drinks for marathoners. As well as fruit stall, althought it is just banana. All these helps. Great job Organising committee.
Only one small reminder, pls add more mobile toilets along the running route and clearer marking for the runner. Me on the return trip bounced into a group of quarter marathon runners. Believe me, the traffic was bad. Sometimes, I do wonder whether I am in the correct lane or not.
Anyway, I managed to complete it by 3:08 min. Thanks for the bib. It is good idea and I do enjoy it. I think it is much fairer this time round.
Next year run is 21 Nov 2010. I am thinking whether I should challenge myself for full marathon. Who knows I might make it within the time if I am well train by then.

Let go
It is time, althought I do not like it but it is time. My niece has to go home now.
It has been a memorable 3 years plus. Since she was a baby girl, learning to crawl, mumble, walk, talk. It is just too hard to break now. She was as if my own kid. She has brought so many sweet memories. Althought there was tough time, but she tends to cheer me up whenever I am back from a hard day in office.
She could be very naughty at time but she is also gentle and kind in her own ways. Sometimes, I do wished her parents, my brother will decide to move back to Penang. But I know it is a dream. A dream that might never come through.
Now, with her just left for the last hour. My heart is torn up and emotionally I could not control myself to feel sad. Missed her already. I am trying now to stop crying. To stop feeling sad about this. But it is not easy when you have such a strong bond with the child since she was a baby. But I could not deprieve of her needs for her mum and dad. The love and attention of her parents.
I know I must let go now. I must go through this feeling of lost and emptyness.

饥饿30 - DIY营长
不知不觉我已成为今年饥饿30的其中一名DIY营长. 这是一项不简单任务, 只许成功.
不说不知, 原来饥饿也是危机. 我们拥有太多, 同时也拥有太少. 太多物质财富但太少的感激.
感激我国的地理环境让我们罕受到天灾. 感激我国虽受到经济风暴但大多数人还有一口饭吃. 还有很多. 但如果要我们挨饿, 露宿街头, 有一餐没一餐的, 我们还能活得如此精彩吗?
饥饿30是一种体验. 营员们会经历一段身心之旅.
我营会的地点和时间待定.

Auto City Lantern Festivial: 20 Sept 2007
Went there last Thursday with friends. Not a bad place but kinda humid though. If I have to pay RM15.00 to go, I don't think it is worth it. So, pls go between Mon - Thursday, cheaper then. U go 2 persons and only pay one ticket price. Attached is a few pics taken. If u like Dino, Panda, Hello Kitty and wild animals, then go and have fun. Off cos, they have ferris wheel, train, small motor bike rides, some games and stage for performance.
